Terms of Service
These terms apply to work carried out by Aadland Group AB and to the use of this website.
Scope of work
Every engagement is confirmed in writing before production starts. The written scope, price and delivery date take precedence over anything discussed informally.
Payment
Unless agreed otherwise, invoices are issued on delivery with 30 days net. Longer engagements may be invoiced monthly against an agreed plan.
Revisions
Each deliverable includes the number of revision rounds stated in the scope. Additional rounds are quoted separately before they begin.
Rights and usage
On full payment, the client receives the usage rights set out in the scope. Aadland Group retains the right to show the work in its own portfolio unless confidentiality is agreed in writing.
Cancellation
Work already carried out is invoiced at the point of cancellation. Booked production days cancelled with less than five working days' notice may be invoiced in full.
Liability
Aadland Group’s liability is limited to the fee paid for the engagement in question. We are not liable for indirect losses.
Governing law
These terms are governed by Swedish law. Disputes are settled by the courts of Gothenburg, Sweden.
